Private Use

Bertie is for personal and internal use, authorized user only. It is not a public product and may not be used by anyone who has not been explicitly authorized.

User Responsibility

The authorized user is responsible for reviewing Bertie's proposed outbound communications, invitations, RSVPs, and calendar changes when confirmation is required.

Bertie requires explicit confirmation before sending email, sending drafts, sending replies, forwarding email, inviting attendees, deleting calendar events, or changing RSVP responses. A concrete current-turn request for the exact action and target counts as confirmation.

Availability and Warranty

Bertie is provided as an internal assistant on an as-available basis. No warranty is made that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any specific purpose.

Access and Revocation

Bertie's access to Google accounts and related services may be revoked at any time by the authorized user or by the operator. Access may also be limited or suspended for security, maintenance, policy, or operational reasons.

Policy Updates

These terms and related policies may be updated as Bertie's operation, integrations, or compliance requirements change. Continued use after an update means the authorized user accepts the revised terms.
